Darren G. Reed focuses his practice primarily on Trusts and Estates Litigation and General Civil Litigation. He is admitted to practice in California and the United States District Court (Northern, Central and Southern Districts of California.)
Since joining Reed & Reed in 2011, Mr. Reed has had repeated success in litigating many types of general civil litigation cases - including jury trials regarding fraud, breach of contract, contractor negligence, and breach of fiduciary duty. Mr. Reed has significant experience handling probate and trust related bench trials in the Probate Court. Mr. Reed has also had success at the appellate level including several published decisions.
